ZILLOW SHOWCASE AGENT PROFILE

AGENT LOGIN INFORMATION

You now have access to log in at app.showingtimeplus.com.

You will use the email address associated with your REsource Center profile to SIGN UP once your on the login page. You will walk through the steps to sign up, create a password and verify your email. *This is a specific website for Zillow Showcase - different than your normal Zillow login.

To confirm or update the email on file, log into BHHSResource.com and check your profile settings.

When you login, you should be prompted to join our Workspace of 'CA306 - Troth, Realtors'. Accept that invitation, do not create your own Workspace. The negotiated pricing by BHHS only exists in the Workspace under the 'CA306- Troth, Realtors'.

SHOWCASE-SPECIFIC AGENT PROFILE

Your Zillow Showcase profile is different than your standard Zillow profile and must be completed.

Showcase agents get up to 15% more views on their profile compared to similar non-Showcase agents.

Your Zillow Showcase profile will display your direct contact information, website and social media links.

If a consumer calls or texts you through your Zillow Showcase, their phone number will display on your phone.

COMPLETEING YOUR ZILLOW SHOWCASE ACCOUNT & PROFILE

Setup Your Account / Profile

Navigate to the "Settings" on the lower left of your account.
Update all of your external branding:
- - Name, phone number, email
  - Headshot, about me
  - Social media links
Click "Save"

Connect Your Zillow Profiles

Connect your standard Zillow profile to your Showcase profile to add any Zillow reviews and badges you've earned in the past.
- - Settings > User Settings> Click "connect" in the "Link your Zillow Agen Profile" section.

Connect Your MLS

Navigate to the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner. Click "My Account"
Click "MLS"
- - Click "Add MLS Profile"
  - *The system will automatically search for the email you use for your Showcase account withing existing MLS system to locate matches.
Review the suggested matched profiles.
Click "Add" once you've located the correct MLS profile.
- - *You will need to verify uoir email address on order to confirm the connection to your MLS from your Showcase profile.

Can I use my Zillow profile I have now?

Your Zillow Showcase profile is different than your standard Zillow profile. You can link the two together to pull over reviews and some data, but your headshot, bio, contact information needs to be completed for you Zillow Showcase profile as well.

How do I update my agent profile?

Navigate to Settings, then Agent Profile. From there, you can update your Showcase profile details such as phone number, email, and biography information to ensure everything displayed on your Showcase listing is accurate. You can further enhance your Showcase profile by connecting it to your Zillow Agent profile. This will allow your starred reviews and top-agent branding (if applicable) to be displayed on your Showcase profile.
