ORDERING A ZILLOW SHOWCASE
Log in at app.showingtimeplus.com using the email address associated with your REsource Center profile.
*Ensure you have your MLS linked and Zillow Showcase profile details completed before ordering a Zillow Showcase.
To order a Zillow Showcase on a new listing, you will navigate to the "Add Listing" button. Search for the property address and ensure your information populates under "Listing Agent". Seller information is optional and only for your record-keeping.
Once the listing is added, you will now "place the order" for a Zillow Showcase.
Click "Order Showcase & Media"
You will then be prompted to pay for the Showcase. You will pay via credit card and hit "Submit". That's it - you've order a Zillow Showcase - now onto the Media!
ORDERING MEDIA FOR SHOWCASE
Now that you've ordered the Showcase for your listing, you can request the media from a photographer.
Click "Get Media"
You will have multiple media options available to you. You can invite your own photographer to capture Showcase media. Or, if you need a photographer to capture your Showcase media, you’ll be presented with the option to choose Zillow Media Experts or from a collection of Showcase Select photography companies in your area who can aid you in generating the content for your listing.
If you already have a photographer who captures your Showcase media, but they are not listed within the list of Showcase Select photographers or “Photography companies you know,” click the “Invite photographer” button from the primary photography page.
Input the contact information of your preferred photographer and click "Submit". An email will be sent to notify them of the next steps. They will need to accept your request and verify they meet the technical requirements for capturing Showcase media.
Once your media is captured and uploaded by your photographer, you’ll see the status updated under the “Orders” section of the Overview page of your Showcase listing. You’ll also seen an update in your “Media status” from your Listings.
Your Zillow Showcase will NOT go-live once media is in the file. The listing being put live into the MLS will trigger it to go-live in Showcase.
