Showcase listings are 10% more likely to go pending in the first 14 days, compared to similar nearby non-Showcase listings on Zillow.
Showcase listings sell for 2% more than similar non-Showcase listings on Zillow, that's $9K more on a home sold at the average home sales price in the United States.
Through the negotiated program with BHHS, the price to promote your listing as a Zillow Showcase is $150/listing. This one-time charge covers the life of the listing, no matter the length.
The price of your media (photos, 3D tour, etc.)for the listing is a separate cost paid directly to your photographer/videographer.

Media is extremely important to Zillow Showcase; screen appeal is the new curb appeal.
Requirements - You will need to meet certain media requirements before Zillow will allow your listing to be published as a Zillow Showcase. The minimum requirements are:
Still, high-resolution, professional photography
Zillow 3D tour
Interactive floorplan
Process - You will have multiple options for media available.
Your own photographer (you are responsible for arranging pricing and payment). They must also complete a training and create an Aryeo account before being able to provide you the required media. *BHHS Troth Marketing has communicated with a few local photographers to ensure they can help you, reach out to Tessa with questions.

Yes, but there is typically a 6-month contract associated with being a Showcase agent for hundreds of dollars/month, limited to one Showcase/month. *Showcase listings are limited to 10% in any market, as to ensure exclusivity.
How do I access Zillow Showcase?
You will have access through a BHHS-specific website link provided on Monday, 8/25. Your login will be the email from your BHHS REsource Center profile.
Can I Showcase a Coming Soon listing?
Yes. Showcase supports Coming Soon listings as long as your MLS allows it and shares that data with Zillow.
How do I make my Showcase listing live on Zillow?
Once the listing is set as “active” on the MLS and the virtual tour link is pasted into the MLS, it will appear with the Showcase treatment on Zillow almost immediately.
Yes; if you find you want to swap an existing non-Showcase listing to a Showcase listing, we recommend contacting our support team for assistance in this process. You will need to ensure you have the required media to change it over to a Zillow Showcase (high-quality still photography, Zillow 3D tour and interactive floor plan).
What happens if I relist the property and have a new MLS number?
You will need to contact Customer Support and request that they reactivate the Showcase listing manually.
Do Showcase listings stay in a Showcase status until they close?
Yes. The listing will appear with the Showcase experience for the duration of its active status, no matter how long it has been on the market.
Can I Showcase a commercial listing or vacant lot?
No. You can only use Showcase on “For Sale” residential homes that are entered into the MLS. Showcase is not ideal for vacant land, as many of its unique features are designed to highlight property details that aren’t applicable to land-only listings.
Yes, you can (BHHS Troth Marketing has already coordinated with a few local photographers to ensure they can assist you in media for Zillow Showcase). If you choose to use your own, the photographer will need to ensure they meet all the requirements (camera type, Zillow 3D tour & floorplan capabilities and Aryeo account) and complete a simple training process to become a Showcase-approved photographer. If you have a photographer that you want to use, but they are not Zillow Showcase-approved yet, please share this link with them: https://showingtimeplus.com/solutions/listing-showcase/photographers/resource-center. It explains the whole approval and shooting process to the photographer. Once they go through the Zillow 3D Home Capture app, online training and equipment verification, they will be approved to upload their photography and media into Aryeo on your behalf.
Are the Showcase images coming from Aryeo or the MLS?
The photos displayed on the Showcase listing come from Aryeo to ensure the image quality. The Showcase app powers the hero carousel photos, group by room photos, floorplans, panos, agent profile, and the Zillow 3D Home Tour lightbox. The MLS powers all of the other information, including the home details.
How is AI used within a Showcase listing?
The AI tool suggests the initial order of listing photos and is used to locate the photos on the floor plan. Agents have the final say and can modify their listings on Zillow.
